EPFL’s School of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering (ENAC) invites applications for a faculty position in Indoor Environmental Quality and Building Controls at the Assistant Tenure Track or Associate Professor levels for the EPFL Fribourg outpost. In exceptional cases, appointments at the Full Professor level may be considered.

DescriptionResearch activities of interest for this position include but are not limited to: sensors and indoor environmental quality monitoring, building occupant comfort, interactive control strategy, occupant behavior, remote and wireless systems, air quality, acoustics, post-occupancy evaluation, data mining/processing and occupant-building interactions. The successful candidate will be involved in teaching activities in building engineering at the bachelor, master and doctoral levels. | |
Requirements He/she will be expected to have a solid experience in research, prior teaching experience and have demonstrated innovation capacities.
