The University of Liechtenstein invites applications for the new Hilti Chair for Data and Application Security at the rank of full professor The chair is an endowed chair located at the Institute of Information Systems. Description The chair will make important contributions to foster cyber security as a foundation for digital innovation and transformation, and will collaborate closely with the other research groups at the department, such as Business Process Management, Technology and Innovation, and Data Science. The chair will also collaborate with neighboring disciplines at the university, such as law, finance, and entrepreneurship, and it will establish strong relations to leading scholars and practitioners in the rea of cyber security around the world. The chair will be responsible for developing and leading a major in Data and Application Security as part of our information systems master’s program and is expected to conduct high quality research and publish in internationally renowned academic journals. The chair will further be expected to develop strong ties to the regional industry through intensive knowledge transfer, and to develop a strong portfolio of executive education in data and application security.
