Polyneuron is a growing Basel-based biotechnology company active in the area of autoimmune disease treatments. Building on excellent expertise in carbohydrate-based drug discovery and clinical neurology, the company is developing novel treatments to combat neurological autoimmune disorders using its Antibody-Catch™ technology platform. The first program will enter clinical phase next year.
The candidate should hold a Ph.D. from a recognized institution in the field of immunology with advanced experience in standard methodology used in immunology, molecular biology, and laboratory animal science. Sound know-how in immunological mechanisms related to lymphoid immune cells (especially B and T cells) and autoantibodies are preferred. Demonstrated working experience in an industrial biomedical research setting is an important prerequisite.
