Post-Doc/R&D Engineer position for 2 years

Your mission

Daily hands-on participation to private and public projects related to perovskite based PV developments with main focus on stability and tandem related aspects. We are looking for a candidate familiar with the following skills:

• Perovskite based device realization, including in tandem with a silicon bottom cell.
• Familiar with PV device encapsulation processes.
• Thin film deposition via PVD, ALD and evaporation
• Thin film characterization via ellipsometry, photospectrometry and Hall effect measurements
• PV device characterization and performance analysis via I-V, EQE, Suns-Voc and lifetime measurements
• Good redaction and presentation abilities
• Interaction with customers from industry and universities (national and international).

Your profile

You hold a PhD in Physics, Material Science or related fields and have a first practical experience in perovskite solar cell development, including the fabrication of tandem devices. We expect good knowledge in PV device physics, especially in the analysis of the device characterization. You are able to work with industrial and academic partners, establishing and following complete experimental plans to achieve the expected goals. Furthermore, you are a team-player and have a creative thinking and innovative personality that help you generate new ideas and concepts. You are pro-active to take ownership of the projects in which you are involved. You are motivated to join a team of experienced Engineers and Researchers. Working language is French or English.
