Head (m/f) of Study Program ECAM Graduate School (30%)

Your tasks: The ECAM Graduate School is a practice-based doctoral program in art and design for the acquisition of an artistic PhD. It is offered in cooperation with the Kunstuniversität Linz, Austria. As Head of Study Program for the spring semester 2020, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Conceptual design and implementation of seminars for doctoral students during one semester (in English)
• Inclusion of practice-based contents and work status of the doctoral students in the study program
• Coordination with the ECAM Board on the content of studies
• Conception of two or three public events within the framework of the study program

The position is limited until 30 June 2020.

Your profile: You are an advanced artistic researcher (art or design) and hold a PhD, ideally also in art or design. You have experience in teaching and are very familiar with current developments in artistic and design research. You are fluent in oral and written English and happy to respond to the projects of young researchers within the framework of your courses in order to support them in their further develop­ment.
